Why Book a Discovery Call? 

A discovery call is YOUR opportunity to tell me about the problems you’re facing in your nonprofit and see if the Fixer Fellowship can help you solve them. 

Discovery calls are for anyone considering joining the Fixer Fellowship.

During the call: 

  • We’ll talk about your current challenges and goals—for your organization, leadership, and career. 

  • You’ll get a chance to ask me anything you want about the Fellowship, so you can decide if it’s right for you. 

  • I’ll tell you a little more about the Fellowship and how it might benefit you, based on what you share.

Book a call

  • During your call, I’ll ask you a lot of questions about your challenges and goals. You’ll also get a chance to ask me anything you want about what I do, how I work, and whether the Fixer Fellowship, or my other coaching and consulting services, might be a good fit for you. 

  • The fellowship is open to nonprofit executive directors, CEOs, founders, fundraisers, board leaders, and other current and aspiring nonprofit leaders. If you’re not sure if this describes you, book a call, and we’ll find out! 

  • Discovery Calls are reserved for those interested in the Fixer Fellowship or my other coaching and consulting services. Many people do leave Discovery Calls with fresh insights about their roles, challenges, and goals—which is great! But if you just want to pick my brain for an hour (or more), BOOK HERE. 

  • Your time is valuable, and so is mine. When you book a discovery call to talk about your coaching or consulting needs, it’s a first step in finding the right expert support. Honor that commitment by showing up on time. 

  • In your confirmation email and calendar invite, you’ll see a link to reschedule your call. Please try to do so at least 24 hours in advance! 

  • If you don’t show up for your call, I may not book another call with you. My time is as valuable as yours. 

  • I have not been certified by a credentialing organization. I have 30+ years of experience successfully running and leading nonprofit organizations. Certifications may lead some coaches to only use one approach with you, and I prefer to tailor my approach to your needs. Certifications do not make better coaches. They are just one approach.   • No coach can guarantee you a certain outcome. Be careful of those who do! I CAN guarantee that I will give you the support, tools, and resources to help you develop the mindset, toolset, and skillset to be successful as a nonprofit leader. If you are serious about implementing what I teach, you WILL see results.

  • No. I do not work this way.

I absolutely love talking to nonprofit leaders about their organizational or leadership challenges and how I can help. If that sounds like you, then please book a call! 

However, some people should NOT book a Discovery Call. If you’re trying to sell me something, please don’t book a call. If you’re just looking for free advice, please don’t book a call. Instead, sign up for my next free training.
