Sometimes you just need a little (or a lot) of ongoing encouragement, guidance, and support from someone who is independent, but still in your corner. Unlike coaching services (mentioned above), which focus on helping you discover your own power and find solutions within yourself, consulting services are about seeking advice and solving problems.

Consulting is provided by subject matter or skill experts who can help you map out high-level strategy but also help you implement specific tactics and processes.

Consultants can help train you and empower you with the right skill sets and toolsets to succeed.

Sometimes a consultant will complete and implement (do) the work for you. I am able to provide a blend of coaching and consulting services because of my 30+ years of expertise in the sector.

I’ve worked in and led nonprofits and political campaigns for 30+ years. I’ve worked in a wide variety of roles, issue areas, & geographic regions. Here is where I can help:

Coaching for Nonprofit Leaders

Consulting Packages

The easiest and most affordable way to work directly with me is to sign up for a consulting package.

1) Hourly (limited) You can book one or two-hour sessions with me, but after that, you must move to a package.

2) Retainer (lower hourly cost but required minimum spend) For ongoing generalist needs, you may want a retainer of a block of hours every month for whatever you need.

3) Packages are uniquely crafted to maximize your results and our time together and come with a suite of benefits. There are three packages:}
(Basic) - $2500 for up to 4 2-hour sessions, access to minicourses and additional support

(Standard)- $5000 for up to 8 2 hour sessions and access to a premium course and additional support

(Premium) - $7500 for up to 12 2-hour sessions and unlimited access to all courses.

  • All packages allow you direct 1:1 time with me.

  • All products we create together are shared with you during and at the end and are yours to keep for life.

  • You will be invited to my Private Facebook Group where I answer questions daily.
